Shipping + Return Policy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after being received (typically 5-7 business days). Orders containing items with customizable features may take longer to fulfill.
If an item is lost in transit during shipping, the seller cannot be held responsible but will attempt to resolve the situation.
Shipping will be paid for by the customer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase.
Although items are carefully packaged to avoid damage, if damage should occur before the item arrives, seller cannot be held responsible but will attempt to resolve the situation.
Customer is responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may be charged (international customers only). Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF INITIAL PURCHASE

Due to the nature of these products, returns and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or if you have any questions or comments about the items you’ve received, please send an e-mail to sales@sccreative.ca.
Customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
